When the Schönbrunn Zoo opens its doors to visitors on 10 June 2018, an even more colourful hustle and bustle awaits you. For one day, the oldest zoo in the world, in cooperation with Vienna Pride, will become a place of acceptance and inclusion, inviting rainbow families in particular to take a trip to the zoo. Various Pride stations will increase the visibility of LGBTIQ persons and families. In addition to information stands for adults and a reading corner for young people, special highlights are waiting to be discovered by visitors*. On this day, children can have free make-up applied on site, there will be an exciting puzzle rally with a prize draw and, in addition, funny snapshots from a photo box can be taken home as a souvenir.
