As part of EuroPride 2019 in Vienna, there was also a Kiss Flash Mob in front of the University of Vienna. In addition, the main university painted the steps to the main building in rainbow colours.
On Saturday evening, the 12th Diversity Ball presented by T-Mobile in the Vienna Kursalon staged the colourfulness of our society as a spectacle of joie de vivre and togetherness.
Sold out! Long queues formed at the gates of the 12th Diversity Ball in the Kursalon on Saturday evening. More than 2000 guests, among them numerous celebrities, accepted the invitation of ball mother Monika Haider.
After the rainbow parade the Rainbow Celebation started in the Pride Village. Numerous politicians came on stage to assure the LGBTIQ community of their solidarity.
Yesterday Pride Village was full despite the cooler temperatures. The girls and boys from the English Theatre brought the whole village to the boil with the fantastic musical Rent.

The Grazer Tuntenball 2018 once again outshone everything else and the capital city of Styria was a beacon for the gay, lesbian, trans- and intersexual, queer Austrian community.
The atmosphere at the Graz Tuntenball 2018 in the Congress Center was great again. The whole Austrian LGBTIQ scene looked at the Styrian capital or was present, as we could see for ourselves with the many faces from Vienna.
Before the midnight quadrille concluded the last part of the programme and the Graz LGBTIQ community danced into the early morning hours, the congress was bathed in all the colours of the rainbow by an opulent light show.
The Viennese Rainbow Ball 2018 at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn was, as every year, once again a grand celebration of love, tolarance and respect for everyone, not only gays, bisexuals, lesbians, transgender and intersexuals.
The Rainbow Ball 2018 was opened as every year by the debutantes, woman with woman, woman with man, man with man, just as it should be on Vienna’s queersten Ball!
The artists at the midnight performance and in the other halls of the Parkhotel Schönbrunn also make the Rainbow Ball 2018 a queer highlight of the ball season.

Der Pride Day im Prater fand 2017 zum erstem mal statt. Die grandiose Opening Show von Angelo Conti und seinen Kolleginen hat das Publikum im Wiener Prater schwer begeistert.
„Vienna Pride“, Österreichs größte Veranstaltung der LSBTIQ-Community, findet 2017 von 9. bis 18. Juni statt. Das Event wird heuer zu einem einwöchigen Festival ausgebaut und auf mehrere Örtlichkeiten der Stadt ausgeweitet, die sich über ganz Wien – vom Prater bis nach Schönbrunn – erstrecken.
Mario Soldo hat gezaubert und die Models mit Kleidung von Humana über den Laufsteg geschickt. Die Models kamen aus allen 6 Dimensionen der Diversity und auch ein paar Promis liefen mit.
The 10th Diversity Ball in 2017 at Kursalon Wien was a huge success. People of all colors, ethnics, religion, age, sex and sexual orientation and with our without disabilities made an overwhelmingly loud and positiv statement for diversity and acceptance.
Mario Soldo has called for the fashion show shooting for 2017s Diversity Ball and they all have responded: Monika Haider the “mother of the ball”, the organisation team, the models and of course plenty of visitors and jhournalists.
We’ve been to the luxury design & furniture fair H.O.M.E.D.E.P.O.T. 2017 at Semperdepot in Vienna’s 6th district Mariahilf. The Semperdepot alone is worth a visit, not to speak about the cool design you’ll see.

Yes, it’s open, the long waited for gay and lesbian chrismasmarket. There are a few community member stands on location: Red Carpet, Village, a French crepe stand with delidous sweet and salty delicacies and the AIDS Foundation of Vienna. Considerably gay-friendly is also Gauthier-Mückstein.
Whoever missed the 2015 Tuntathlon on Saturday, 27th June in Mariahilf is very welcome to view our pics here. Katharaina Kitchovsky and her crew have reactivated the gayathletic comittee and called for participation in the disciplines synchroniced ironing, hand bag throwing and high heels torch relay.

The hottest parties of the whole week take place at the Euro Club at Ottakringer Brauerei. The official delegates, the artists and the press meet here to hang out, celebrate, and perform on the main stage. The highlight was of course the performance of Conchita Wurst.
If you didn’t go to the Boylesque Festival Vienna this year, well - it’s your own fault. Jacques Patriaque has presented more than fantastic artists the crème de la crème of the international Boylesque community..
And so it has begun … #ESC2015 has finally arrived in Vienna and we can hardly believe it. The atmosphere in the city has definitifely changed. Everybody seems more happy and relaxed.
Most of the guests of Life Ball 2015 have oriented themselves to the Motto of this years ball “Ver Sacrum” and dressed themseves “Art-Nouveau-ish”. You could see loads of gold and glitter on the Magenta Carpet.
Not only celebreties, whatever their degree of popularity, entered the Life Ball 2015 in Vienna via the Magenta Carpet, but also the less famous guests of the ball. The costumes this year were especially creative.
Jean-Paul Gaultier sent many celeb models eg. Conchita Wurst and Dita von Teese on the Red Ribbon Catwalk and created a fireworks of sophisticated fashion. He is a true fashion genius.
Again we have to say many thanks to the RosaLilaPantherInnen, the most prominent Styrian LGBTIQ resources group for the fantastic event and look forward to the next time.
Rosenball has changed locations this year from Palais Ausperg to Kursalon Vienna and has surpassed all our expectations! Miss Candy was fabulous as ever and Sophie Ellix-Bextor rocked the audience. Despite the much bigger location Kursalon was quite crowded. Most of the guests were inspired by the Indian motto of Diwali and dressed in fabulous Bollywood costumes and the atmosphere was just great.
Rainbow Ball 2015 at Parkhotel Schönbrunn is over and like always, everybody had a blast. The official Vienna joined the visitors and the host Lucy McEvil was sharp-tongued and brilliant as ever and the acts and the quadrille have delighted the audience.
Vienna Dance Contest 2014 is over … and it was as great as the last 8 times. Some of the best same-sex dancing couples in the world came to Vienna to celebrate together with many other euphoric dancing couples from Austria and abroad - in the fun contest as well as in the Viennese Waltz Contest.
It was “sakrisch” is was loud and overall very pink - the Rosa Wiener Wiesn 2014 in the Wojnar’s tent. And certainly we were part of it and made pictures for you. Enjoy watching them!
ES Collection at Laimgrubengasse, just across Mango Bar has celebrated its second birthday. And of course we didn’t want to miss the hot models the spanish labels sent from Barcelona to congratulate the Viennese flagship store.
The Rainbow Parade 2014 in Vienna is over! More than 150.000 participants and 54 groups, from huge trucks to walking groups, made this parade one of the biggest of all times.
The first day of Pride Village was just great. There were much more people than on the first day of last year’s pride village. But have a look yourself!
For the 9th time the queer street fair happened in the 6th district of Vienna - Mariahilf - but this time for the first time ever with a openly gay district mayor - Markus Rumelhart. He was organizing the event the last 8 years, but this year his partner - Manuel Bräuhofer - took over.
Vienna has finally gotten its third permanent gay club - right in the middle of the gay village at Naschmarkt. The grand opening has topped all expectations - The Red Carpet and its new dancefloor has been crammed with hot boys until dawn.

The 23rd Rosenball consequently reflected its Motto: The Big Movies from Hollywood and attracted many guests from Austria and abroad to Vienna’s Palais Auersperg. Together they enjoyed the melange of glamorous costumes and traditional white tie and shaked their legs until dawn.
